So, funny story...

Saturday night I went to a friend's house for dinner. She has a 19 month old little girl and a female dog. I get to her house and the little girl, we'll call her J, came running up to me for me to pick her up. About the same time the dog was running around the house going crazy and jumping on me. They both settled down a bit, but all night J wanted me to hold her and not allow me to put her down, if I did she screamed. As I was playing with J, the dog was practically sitting on my lap and begging for me to pet her and scratch her belly, it was really odd because she is not a social dog at all. My friend said the last time the dog was that clingy she was in labor with J. Between J and the dog being so clingy with me the joke was made that maybe I was pregnant, which we both knew was impossible or Oing. I said, you know, I may be Oing! We got a laugh about that and went on with our night.
So I thought about that comment today and decided to study my chart, and you know what, I had a temp drop Sunday morning, I was Oing! I thought that was interesting and funny.

In other news, I have less than 5 days! Whoo hoo! I still have a lot to do but I am so excited! Next on my list is cleaning the kitchen, bathrooms, recliner, laundry, and car.

In Life We Wait

I have so much going on in my life right now with school and cleaning the house and yard work, but all I can think about is how much I miss DH. He is coming home in less than 2 week (I never know the exact day until it gets here) and I am going crazy waiting for the day comes when he is home. It is so hard trying to keep up with life in the midst of waiting. It seems all we do in life is wait. We wait in lines at the grocery store, we wait for the time to come for our favorite tv shows, we wait for our food to be done so we can eat, we wait to O, we wait for AF, we wait to POAS, we wait and wait and wait. When in life to we actually do something? I think those moments are few and far between, but when we actually do get to do, it's great.

So here I wait for 2 more weeks for DH to come home so we can wait to have a baby.

:I wait:

Self Image Issues

Today I was able to Nom Nom Nom on a little baby, it was so great. Ok, so he is about 19 months old, but he is at that great age where you can tickle him and he laughs and give him big kisses right on the chubby cheek and he giggles. It just made me want a baby so much more. They are great kids. I just felt so motherly to him and his 3 year old sister today.

In other news, I filled in my information on FF today and it says I O'd on CD 9, can you believe that. I know it will change, but I realized how big of a difference temping on hour earlier can make.

DH comes home in about a week and a few days and I am feel very anxious over it. I am having some serious body image issues these days. I haven't been working out as much as I would like because I am lazy for the most part. I was soaking in the tub the other night and all I could see when I was lounging in the tub was boobs and stomach. I swear it looked like I was pregnant. I got really depressed and down on myself. Not to mention the pimples on my face that makes me look 15 years old.
So as I was washing my face tonight feeling ok about the way my black tank made me look I decided I can never be 5'7 and 110 pounds, but I can be the best me I can be. I will never look like some of my friends, but I strive to be the best version of who I am. I will not be my 105 pound self again, but I can work out to be as fit as I can possibly can. I guess the secret is being comfortable in your own skin, if you aren't then change it, don't whine about it. Being healthy is the only thing that is 100% up to you. If you don't do the work, then you won't see the results.

Out of Control

Do you ever have those days where you just feel so out of control, no matter how hard you try you just feel like you can't get a grip on the world around you? That is how I feel today, ok for the past few days. I have this list of things to do for school and for life in genral and I just feel like I can't wrap my mind around it to get it done.

DH is coming home in a few weeks and I have so much I want to get done before he gets home, but I have so much school work to do as well as feeling like I have other things to do, such as grocery shopping, cleaning, going to the bank, meeting academic advisors, etc. I guess I just need to take a deep breath and make my list and cross off items as they come. This method seems to work for me when I actually do it.

I am also getting anxious as to what is going to happen on the TTC fron when DH gets home. As noted in my post below my LP is very short and I am getting this fear that we will need medical intervention to get pregnant. I guess we can have fun trying for a while. I feel like we are so close to that moment, but still so far away!

I think I drank too much coffee today and I am all jittery and it is making my thoughts unclear and jumbled. I need sleep, so I'm off to bed now.

6 Day LP

So this last cycle I had a 6 day LP! I'm no expert, but I know that is really short. If DH and I were having sex in hopes for a baby, then there is no way (or at least very little chance) for implantation to even occure in that short amount of time. So, after doing some research I am starting on B6 this cycle. I need to get my LP longer. I just hope the B6 works so I don't have to start progesterone. My main reason really is I hope that I get KU shortly after DH gets home.

I guess I will give the B6 about 3 cycles then go from there if I am not KU by then. After 3 cycles of that if it is still 8 days or less then I will see a Dr. about that. That will be Feburary because I figure (estimating of course) that I will be Oing at the end of Oct.

So keep your fingers crossed for a long LP this cycle!
